Shanghai and Rushan Join Hands for Win‑Win | Shandong Ever Biotechnology at Rushan‑Shanghai Textile and Garment Industry Cooperation Conference

Sun Jie, Vice Mayor of the Rushan Municipal People's Government, attended the meeting.

The conference invited over 60 key enterprise leaders from Shanghai and surrounding areas in the textile and garment sector. During the event, the Municipal Bureau of Commerce gave a detailed introduction to Rushan's textile and garment industry, comprehensively presenting the city's industrial advantages and cooperation opportunities to the attendees. Subsequently, heads of major local textile enterprises in Rushan, including Weihai Hemp Fortex Co., Ltd. and Shandong Ever Biotechnology Co., Ltd., along with representatives from textile and garment companies in the Shanghai region, took the stage for roadshows. They provided in‑depth introductions to their core products, technological strengths, and future development plans, fostering a lively atmosphere of exchange.

Song Fujia, Chief Engineer of the National Textile Product Development Center, particularly noted in his speech: “The cooperation between Shanghai and Rushan is a fine example of complementary advantages. Both sides have numerous opportunities and practical directions for collaboration in R&D, design, and supply‑demand coordination. Rushan can leverage its marine biological resources to expand high‑quality biomass fiber enterprises like Ever Biotechnology, thereby meeting consumers' growing expectations for a green lifestyle.”
